Description:

Young, non-traditional marketing agency seeks top INTERACTIVE & PRINT DESIGN TALENT to build and manage in-house web & design team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Front-End Design, Front-End Programming, Print/Apparel/Accessory Design, Branding, Corporate Identity, Creative/Art Direction.
• Managing and coordinating web/print design process. Managing the outsourcing of front-end and back-end programming.
• Attend all creative meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Entrepreneurial spirit/skills. Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a start-up environment.
• Advanced project management/communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years design/agency experience or skill equivalent.
• Advanced CS3 skills and current web design languages (Flash a plus).
• Advanced overall knowledge of Front End Design, Front End Programming, Back End Programming
