Description:
This position is a combination of account rep, customer support, and office manager. We need a person who has a knack for technology, is friendly, and likes being helpful. We receive emails and calls from customers that need help with our application, paying their bill, or asking for a suggestion.
If you’re good at how things work on the web and a quick study with new software, please apply. You need to feel comfortable helping non-technical people understand how our application works and how to make the most of it. You’ll switch between looking into a billing issue, answering a prospective customer’s questions before purchase, and being a liaison between our clients and developers.
* Fluent in MS Office tools Word & Excel
* Experience working in a customer facing role
* Ability to stay organized and effectively use online tools like calendar and messaging
* Very comfortable with online software
* Some HTML beneficial
* Knowledge about surveys, marketing, market research, PR, or general programming would be very useful.
