VOLUME (INSIDE) SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Software Sales

Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking motivated a Volume (Inside) Sales Representative to join our sales organization.

Responsibilities include:
Sales representatives are responsible for driving business with new and existing customers. They have regional responsibility for building and maintaining a sales pipeline including lead qualification, web-based demonstrations, proposal generation and account management and tracking using Salesforce.com.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
• 3+ years experience selling enterprise software, software development tools and/or project management tools.
• The ability to listen, probe and communicate complex technology and value propositions.
• A ‘hunter’ sales mentality with experience achieving/exceeding sales quota.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and prioritize activities to maximize results.
• A passion for creating customer success.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence.
• Knowledge of methods such as Scrum, XP or Lean a big plus.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com or other CRM.
