Responsibilities
* As a key member of the scrum team, plan and execute web application testing in each sprint, as well as in preparation for external releases
* Capturing testing requirements early in each sprint, updating the testing strategy and testing plan
* Testing individual system components: databases, web services, web applications
* Responsible for maintaining and updating the bug tracking system (Bugzilla)
* Entering and managing high-quality bug reports

Essential Qualifications
* Participated in teams using Agile development processes (Scrum, XP, etc)
* Test automation experience for web applications – using Selenium preferably, (or Silk, QTP, or similar tools)
* Extensive experience with bug tracking systems like Bugzilla, Mantis, etc
* Experience creating and executing test plans, test strategies, regression tests in accordance with acceptance tests from the product owners
* Willingness to go deep into site testing, uncover unforeseen issues, “break the site”

Desired Qualifications
* Load testing / Stress testing experience
* Experienced with leveraging testing results from automated builds
* Integration testing experience for multiple system components
* Security testing, specifically web application scanning experience desired
