This includes provisioning of order and trial subscriptions. <br />• Ensure a smooth and seamless transition of customers from close of sale to the customer care group.<br />• This is a hands-on role that will require some clerical activities (i.e. faxing, filing, mailing, scanning, coordinating meetings, etc.)</p><p class='indent'>Qualifications:<br />• 7+ years in a Sales Operational role. <br />• Prior subscription based sales revenue is a strong plus.<br />• Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills. <br />• Ability to be detail oriented while also seeing the larger business picture.<br />• High aptitude for learning new technologies. <br />• Strong computer and Internet skills. <br />• Minimum of one year of experience with Salesforce.com preferred.<br />• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.<br />• College degree in Business, Finance or related. </p><p class='indent'>At Rally we're looking for people who are passionate about the software industry and want to work with the best and brightest.
