Due to our success, we are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Works as part of a high performance team to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Responds to customer requests regarding the Rally product and Agile methodologies.
• Creates and delivers customer tool and methodology training.
• Delivers Agile best practices coaching.
• Advises customers on tool and methodology implementation.
• Coordinates internal resources to ensure customer success.
• Acts as a liaison between customers and product management to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Writes technical documentation.
• Participates in projects to improve support capability and systems deployment.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
• Possess superior problem solving skills with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment to solve complex issues, recognize business critical situations and escalate as needed.
• 2 + years previous customer software support required, ideally supporting Web applications.
• Interest in acquiring deep product and methodology expertise; experience with Software Development, Requirements Management and/or Agile methodologies a huge plus.
• Java and .NET skills desired, understanding of Web Services with SOAP and/or REST.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills in leading meetings, trials and projects.
• Experience with VMware a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
• History of outstanding customer service and customer advocacy.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field a plus.

Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable/Staff Accountant for our full cycle Accounts Payable function.

Responsibilities will include:
• Receive, verify, process and reconcile invoices, including corporate credit card transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare weekly check runs, set up vendors, reconcile vendor accounts, and maintain the AP file.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or other payment issues with vendors.
• Perform month-end activities such as A/P accruals and other close activities as required.
• Acquire W-9 forms from vendors and maintain, update and submit 1099s.
• Other administrative duties such as copying and filing, in addition to special projects/duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• Requires a take-charge individual who can operate independently as well as in a team environment.
• Organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills and proven ability to learn quickly on-the-job.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Customer service orientation: responds to questions and emails, addresses invoice issues promptly and escalates as needed.
• Ability to interact professionally with different personalities (internal and external to company).
• Ability to assess, recommend and implement process improvements.
• Accounting background and minimum 5 years of A/P work experience required, preferably in the software industry.
• PC and ERP systems literacy; Excel required.
• The following experience is a plus although not required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; prior experience with sales and use tax filings, expense reporting, and broad experience with multiple accounting software packages.

• Ability to work independently on projects and present crisp analysis to senior management.
